ABOUT US
Welcome to Cox Homestead where simplicity, humor, hard work, and faith filled living collide.
We are a family of 4 working hard to meet the needs of our family and community. We offer a variety of products, workshops, and farm stay experiences.
On our homestead we do everything as organically and practical as we can. We believe we’re called to be stewards of the land and work it to honor the Lord. On our 5 acres we’ve found several ways to produce, provide and profit.
“One of my biggest goals is to teach people that homesteading does not have to be complicated or out of reach.”

"We had a great time at the retro camper. It is very beautifully decorated and clean. Every detail has been thought about. All amenities were well stocked. The location was private and perfect to do so many fun family things. The farm tour was great and well worth the time."

DIY ELDERBERRY SYRUP KIT
We started making Elderberry Syrup for our family after a scary experience of getting the flu when our first born was 6 weeks old. We've used it ever since to fight off illness and keep our immune systems strong.
We offer a do-it-yourself Elderberry Syrup Kit made with all organic ingredients. Each kit comes with full instructions on how to make delicious tasting medicinal syrup for your family.
SEASON SALT
In 2015 we did a cleansing diet that required us to avoid all sugars, preservatives, grains, and legumes. It was very challenging to find seasonings that qualified for this cleanse. It was during this time I created our very own season salt made with organic spices and pink Himalayan salt. We continued to use it well after the cleanse and our friends and family started to ask what seasoning I used on my food after dining with us. We knew then it was a product worth sharing!
